A necessary first step is to have a proper assessment and a course of action for treatment determined. This is a FREE service that I offer to give you your first step on the path towards freedom. There is no commitment and no cost at all. After the assessment I will provide an initial treatment plan and we can discuss options for continued therapy.

Just like in person counseling, telephone counseling can be done with individuals or with couples. This often helps between normal sessions as needed but can also be a standalone resource for you. This is especially helpful for those who visit for an intensive and would like follow up counseling after returning home.

Group therapy availability is highly based upon current demand and client needs. If you are a good candidate for group therapy it will likely be recommended to you. If none are available that meet your current needs please advise that you are interested in potential future groups.
